Conference venues

The conference is being held largely at Trinity College in the centre of Cambridge.

The substantive sessions will take place in the Winstanley Lecture Theatre (WLT), which is immediately over the road from the main college site.  Lunch will be held in the Old Kitchens or Hall on the main site (depending on numbers). There will be signage to the WLT from the entrance to Whewell’s Court (next to the Brora shop).

For those who are staying on for dinner, this will be held in the Fellows’ Dining Room of Gonville & Caius College, which is just down the road from Trinity.

For those who are staying overnight, conference accommodation will very largely be located at the Harvey Court Site of Gonville and Caius College, 5 West Road, CB3 9DS a 5-10 minute walk from Trinity and Caius’ main sites.

For directions to Trinity and within Trinity to the WLT, as well as travel advice to Cambridge, see the travel guidance on the Trinity College website.

To get directions in person, please visit the Porters’ Lodge at the Great Gate (opposite Heffers bookshop) on Trinity Street.

For directions to Gonville & Caius for dinner, see the Gonville and Caius website.

For directions to conference accommodation, see also the Gonville and Caius website.

All conference venues are accessible by wheelchair. Please let us know when booking whether you need wheelchair access so that we can arrange assistance (and/or additional directions) on the day. We can only offer parking at Trinity to those with blue badges – again, please let us know when booking if you require blue-badge parking.
